Just like  psychotropics - food has psychological and physical consequences. You choose whether being active or lazy, concentrate or inattentive, calm or stressed.  Our surroundings also interfere in our mood and feelings.  WE interfere in our surroundings too, so let's work with what we have: our body and our power of choice.  When we eat we are ingesting.  Ingesting dense energy in the form of food.  As food has an effect on us, we have an effect on food. We transform the food we eat.  When we eat in peace, we potentialize peace.  With anger, we potentialize anger.  with love, we potentialize love.  Eat gratefully.
